Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of a deposit will be provided in all cases where a minimum of seven days notice is given. A full refund will still be made if cancellation is within the seven day period PROVIDING the room(s) are still let. A proportion will be refunded if the room(s) are let for part of your original booking period.
Any refund may be reduced by 5% where the bank has imposed charges for the use of an original payment being made by debit or credit card.
